Implementation has to be purposeful and planned. School- or district-wide implementation cannot be the result of one person’s work. The National Implementation Research Network’s Active Implementation Hub (https://implementation.fpg.unc.edu/), this month’s school tool, helps your team learn about implementation, from an overview through to creating and using fidelity measures. On the AIHub, teams can complete learning modules (45-60 minutes each) and interactive lessons (5-15 minutes each), all with the goal to get started and get better.
