IEPs for English Language Learners: Part 2
October 18 @ 9:00 am - 12:00 pmFree
The Individualized Education Program (IEP) is the cornerstone of the special education process for each student. It is the tool to document how one student’s special needs related to his/her disability will be met within the context of an educational environment. English Language Learners (ELLs) have specific needs that other students may not.
In this training, participants will use evaluations and other documentation to develop a culturally and linguistically appropriate IEP for an ELL student.
**All participants must have attended part 1 of this training in the past to learn the background knowledge required for this training.**
